Local Businessmen is a band, comprised of husband and wife team of Pete and Emily. We don’t really play much music, but Emily thought of a great band name, and now we’re claiming it. There are lawyers standing by so don’t try to steal it! We do like to make art – particularly collages. Emily also has a great website with all of her fantastic projects here:
In addition to our art, we also collect vintage paperbacks and they are too wonderful to keep to ourselves, thus I’m presenting them here. I’ve done a small amount of research on my collection so I will be periodically updating the site with publisher, date, and other fun info about these gems.
